1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and myr33 ("Company", "we", or "Platform"). This Agreement governs your use of the myr33 website, mobile app, and all services provided by us.
By registering an account, making your first deposit, or simply browsing the myr33 platform, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to all terms stated in this document, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.
This Agreement takes effect from the date you register a myr33 account and will continue to apply for as long as you use our platform, even after account closure for certain purposes such as the settlement of pending transactions.
2 Eligibility & Registration
To register and use the myr33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

- Registering in a personal capacity and not as a representative or agent of any third party.

Myr33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm your eligibility. Documents that may be requested include a national ID, passport, bank statement, or proof of address. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or account closure.
Myr33 enforces a strict one-account-per-user policy. If a user is found to hold more than one active account, all associated accounts may be closed and any accumulated funds and bonuses may be forfeited.
3 User Account
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. myr33 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your own negligence.
You agree to:
- Not sharing login credentials with any other party.
- Notify myr33 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
- Ensure the personal information in your account is always accurate and up to date.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a public device.
Myr33 accounts are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other party. myr33 reserves the right to close any account suspected of being used for commercial or non-personal purposes without prior notice.
4 Deposit & Withdrawal
Myr33 supports a wide range of payment methods commonly used by players in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other e-wallet options. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.
Regarding deposits:
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as displayed in the Deposit section of the platform.
- Deposited funds will be automatically credited to your account upon successful transaction.
- Myr33 does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
- Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
Regarding withdrawals:
- Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated business hours upon completion of KYC verification.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified bank account in your name.
- Myr33 reserves the right to request additional documents for verification purposes before processing high-value withdrawals.
- Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
5 Bonus & Promotions
Myr33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated at the time the promotion is announced.
The general terms applicable to all myr33 bonuses are as follows:
- Wagering requirement: Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before a withdrawal is permitted. This rate will be clearly stated on each offer.
- Validity period: Each bonus has a limited validity period. Bonuses not used within the stipulated timeframe will expire automatically.
- One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated.

6 Game Rules
All games available on the myr33 platform are operated in accordance with each game's specific rules. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.
- Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.
- In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, myr33 reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the wagered funds to the player's account.
- Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled.
- Myr33 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently certified to ensure the fairness of all digital games.
- Live Casino games are operated by real dealers and are subject to myr33's separate live casino game rules.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the myr33 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform.
- Collusion between players to exploit games or cheat other players.
- Falsification of identity documents or personal information during the KYC process.
- Use of illegally obtained funds or involvement in money laundering activities.
- Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform for unauthorised gain.
- Opening multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
- Threats, harassment, or inappropriate conduct towards staff or other players.
- Any action deemed fraudulent or intended to deceive myr33 or other players.

8 Privacy & Data

9 Intellectual Property
All content on the myr33 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of myr33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are not permitted to:
- Copy, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without myr33's written consent.
- Use the myr33 brand name, logo, or trademarks without written authorisation.
- Reverse engineering any software or technology on the platform.
10 Liability Limit
To the extent permitted by applicable law, myr33 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from or related to your use of our platform, including but not limited to:
- Financial losses resulting from game outcomes.
- Service disruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
- Data loss due to technical failure.
- Third-party actions beyond the control of myr33.
Myr33's maximum total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account within the 30 days preceding the claim.
11 Account Closure
Myr33 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time without prior notice if:
- User violates any terms set out in this Agreement.
- Myr33 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
- User fails to meet KYC requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
- Account inactive beyond the period specified under myr33's inactive account policy.
Alternatively, you may close your myr33 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding financial obligations must be settled and any eligible funds will be returned to you.
12 Responsible Gaming

13 Terms Amendment

14 Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law, that provision shall be deemed severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
